The Navodaya Vidyalaya Scheme was started during the year 1985-86 and is managed by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, an autonomous organization under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy, Govt. of India.
School ViewAs part of the programme of action of the new education policy, 1986, Govt. of India launched the scheme under the pioneer of Shri Rajeev Gandhi, the former Prime Minister of India to set up Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in all the districts of the country in order to provide opportunities to the children with special talents to proceed at a faster pace by making quality education available to them irrespective of their capacity to pay for it.
you may be surprised to hear how i can be happy when am away from home that too at the age of only 11 years. but the charming atmosphere and the loving teachers made it anything much more than a heaven to me. not only to me but to each and every one of us. we were 80 friends who felt we are always one lived in a single room with our mind and soul open to all.
our friendship had no boundaries and it still grow larger beyond all the walls which stand to part it away.........
